I believe mom is on the nest. I did see both up 60 feet in this tree but can’t be certain that this is the nest.

For a few years now mom has been bringing it’s juvenile to our yard to feed. Mom will stay up in the trees as junior wanders around our yard eating bugs and probably some toads. At this stage I do not think it is going for mice or voles.
