This is a great recipe to make on the weekend for the work week ahead. We would make this on a Sunday to just grab from the fridge the following week.

1 3/4 cups rolled oats
2 2/3 cups milk (we use soy)
2 cups greek yogurt
1/3 cup maple syrup
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 cups sweet potato puree
